That's why we offer supervision services to ensure that your property is well-maintained and secure even when you're not there.

We are located in Santa Pola, Los Arenales del Sol, and Gran Alacant.

Many of our clients have felt relieved to have someone checking on their property after their purchase. We offer various property supervision packages, ranging from monthly checks to as many inspections as you desire.

During a property inspection, there are certain standard procedures. We check for signs of moisture, pests like cockroaches, ants, etc., and we run water in sinks, showers, and toilets to prevent lime buildup in the pipes and to avoid unpleasant odors from drains, etc.

But above all, we work with you to develop a plan based on your preferences and needs.

Price for supervision:

Twice a month: €500 Once a month: €300

No extra charge after severe weather conditions

We also have our handyman available if any action is needed in the property, such as repairs or replacements. You can read more about it under Service.
